Temperament description

The Rough Collie female Vappu (FI VMVA RTK1 PAIM-T Riemumielen Hunajatassu) is the daughter of our Riemu (FI RTVA Ruffenuff Peppermint Twist), a dark sable girl from the first Riemumielen litter, Karhunpennut.

Vappu is our own little bundle of joy, whose number one hobby is getting her mother to play, and whose main dog sport is nosework. In nosework she is a precise and thorough scent worker who competes in class 1. Vappu also does rally obedience, where she has the novice-class RTK1 title, and obedience in the novice class. Vappu became a Finnish Veteran Champion in 2024.

By temperament Vappu is lively, a little reserved like her mother, but friendly and a very happy and playful dog. In training she works best for treats and isn't always motivated to play with toy rewards. Vappu passed the temperament test at 3 years of age with +112 points, inexperienced with gunshots.

I had Vappu spayed in 2019, because with her C/D hip result there are no litter plans for her, so she has not been used for breeding.

Vappu (FI VMVA RTK1 PAIM-T Riemumielen Hunajatassu) on meidän Riemun tytär, tumma soopelityttö Riemumielen ensimmäisestä pentueesta (Karhunpennut).

Vappu on oma pieni ilopilleri, jonka ykkösharrastus on äitinsä leikittäminen ja varsinaisista koiraharrastuksista nosework (kilpailee 1-luokassa). Lisäksi rally-toko (RTK1, alokasluokka) ja toko alokasluokassa. Vapusta tuli Suomen veteraanimuotovalio 2024.
